Terms of service

These terms apply when you visit or buy from ever-wear.co.za ("Everwear", "we", "us"). By using our store or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Our products

We sell third-party compatible accessories (bands, straps, cases and screen protectors) for Apple Watch, Garmin and WHOOP devices. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple, Garmin or WHOOP. Those names are used only to describe compatibility. Product photos are for illustration, and colours may look slightly different on your screen.

2. Fit and compatibility

Each product page lists the watches it fits. It is your responsibility to check that the product suits your watch model and size before you order. Our Find your fit tool is provided as a guide.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices may change without notice, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. We may cancel an order and refund you if a price or description was clearly shown in error.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of stock, pricing errors or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment taken.

5. Delivery

Delivery is explained in our Shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates, and risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are explained in our Return and refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

7. Use of the accessories

Please follow any care instructions and stop using a product if it irritates your skin or becomes damaged. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for damage to a watch caused by incorrect fitting or use of a product that does not fit the watch model.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Everwear name, logo, images and text, belongs to us and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy policy and in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
