Shipping policy
We deliver anywhere in South Africa using Aramex.
Delivery cost
- R89 flat-rate delivery on orders under R500.
- Free delivery on orders of R500 and above.
The delivery cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery time
Orders are delivered within 8 to 11 business days from the date your order is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.
Delivery times are an estimate. Courier delays, public holidays and weather can occasionally add time.
Tracking
When your order ships we send you the tracking details by email so you can follow your parcel with Aramex.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address and phone number carefully at checkout. Aramex may need to contact you to deliver. We are not responsible for parcels that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, but we will help you arrange redelivery where possible (extra delivery fees may apply).
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive within 11 business days, please email us at everwearsupport@gmail.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
